Delivery & returns

Mainland UK delivery only. Standard: complimentary (3–5 working days). Next working day: £8.99 per order. 3–5 working days from order confirmation. Order and pay before 12 noon (UK time) on a working day for delivery the next working day. Orders paid after noon, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next working day, with delivery the working day after. Payment must succeed before the cutoff. Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Mainland UK only; excludes Northern Ireland, offshore islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. One delivery charge per order to one address. Contact us before ordering if your delivery date is essential. If we cannot meet an agreed delivery date, we will contact you about your options; your statutory rights are unaffected.

For standard non-personalised, non-perishable goods, contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel. Personalised and perishable goods may be exempt from change-of-mind returns, but your rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods are unaffected.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, photograph the outer packaging and contents and contact us promptly so we can put it right.

Gift FAQs

How do I pay?

Payment is completed on Stripe's secure card checkout or through PayPal. Richfield Creations does not receive or store your full card details or PayPal password.

Do I need an account?

No. You may check out as a guest. Customers can create a password-protected account, verify their email and review account-linked orders.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes. Add it to your request, or tell our gift concierge what you would like to say.

Do hampers contain allergens or alcohol?

Some gifts may contain common allergens or alcohol. Product packaging provides the authoritative ingredient and allergen information. Alcohol-containing gifts may only be purchased by adults aged 18 or over and may require age verification on delivery.

Can you create corporate or custom gifts?

Yes. Use the enquiry form for branding, larger quantities, tailored contents or a specific budget.
