Website and order terms

Orders are paid through Stripe's secure hosted card checkout or PayPal. A contract is formed when payment succeeds and Richfield Creations sends an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund through the original gateway.

Product images are illustrative. Contents may occasionally need a like-for-like substitution, which we will explain where it materially changes your gift. Prices and availability may change before acceptance.

You must be 18 or over to purchase gifts containing alcohol. We or our delivery partner may request age identification and refuse delivery where lawful age verification cannot be completed.

You must provide accurate contact and delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied to us.

For eligible distance-sale goods, notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to cancel. You are responsible for reasonable return postage unless the goods are faulty, damaged or misdescribed. Personalised and perishable goods may be exempt from change-of-mind cancellation rights.

Privacy

We collect the details you submit in enquiries, newsletter forms, customer accounts and orders. This may include your name, email, telephone number, delivery address, gift message, requested products and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and PayPal credentials are handled by PayPal; neither is stored by Richfield Creations.

We use this information to respond to you, process and fulfil orders, maintain your account and order history, provide customer support, prevent misuse and maintain necessary business records. Newsletter addresses are used for marketing only after you choose to join and you may unsubscribe at any time.

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Service providers involved in hosting, communications, delivery or payment may process the minimum information needed to provide their service.

We use essential session cookies to keep signed-in accounts secure and device storage to remember the contents of your gift bag. These are required for services you request. We do not currently use behavioural advertising cookies. If optional analytics or advertising technology is introduced, consent controls will be provided before it is used.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to marketing. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
